Wisconsin Aged Swiss Cheese in a 4.6 to 5 lb loaf has been aged for approximately 2 years. The aging of this Swiss cheese adds some considerable sharpness to the already rich flavor of Swiss cheese.  Great on sandwiches but a real Distinction of flavor when used in a bake dish. The price shown is an average cost for a 5 lb. loaf, the final cost may vary slightly depending on actual weight of cheese loaf. Available in our store or by shipment.
