Hallow brought his unique blend of fall harvest apples and mulled spices to ferment in the crisp Wisconsin air.  He dubbed his creation Hallowine.  One sip, and we're sure you'll agree, "It's so good, it's scary." This sweet apple wine spiced with cinnamon and nutmeg is most popular in fall when served warm...a dangerous substitute for apple cider! Try it as a chilled white during creative summer outings.
