Cedar Creek Winery is a robust, full-bodied dry red wine aged 10 months in American oak barrels. Nicely balanced with flavors reminiscent of dark fruit and chocolate. The grapes are custom grown for us in Washington. When we receive the fruit, we crush the berries right away and the long, warm fermentation on the skins begins. Available in our store or for shipment. (750 mL)
